Balloon Fight - NES

Balloon Fight is a classic action-arcade game developed and released by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1986. The player controls a balloon fighter with two balloons attached to his helmet. Floating in the sky filled with platforms and enemies, the aim is to pop the balloons of opponent fighters using the spike on their helmet while avoiding getting their own balloons popped. The game includes 2-player cooperative play and a single-player mode with an endless level called 'Balloon Trip'. This simplicity of gameplay merged with increasingly challenging levels has given Balloon Fight its cult retro gaming status.
